the shipping was under $12.00 so this was a great deal. All simulators were packaged in a sturdy cardboard box over the retail box. Then all four of these boxes were packaged in a large protective box. The entire order came in three days to my door step. I had ordered these simulator controllers over the phone. A Asian sounding woman took my order. I am very pleased with this purchase and will order again from them"

"I ordered 3 fairly cheap toy helicopters from them. I wanted one of them in 4 days so I ordered 2 day air. It took them three days to even process the order. When I finally got my order from them one helicopter was missing. I tried calling but they weren't answering their phone(of course), so I emailed them.

After three emails they never understood that one was missing and kept telling me that my order was completed. I sent them one last email telling them were to stick it, and wrote this review.

Also the one helicopter I ordered from them that I kept for myself broke after 30 minutes. It wasn't user damage, the motor went dead."

got my tracking number right away and after i checked the day after FedEx had the package in their facility on the way to my hands

the box was scratchless and well packaged everything, nothing broken!!

ohh i think i missranked cause its suppose to say Very Satisfied, i even purchased spare parts and spare batteries after my first helicopter
