"I ordered this laptop back in March and it had a preorder part for that same month.
It took awhile to arrive but I understand with everything is going on still.
The day it arrived at their facility it was put together and shipped with the quickness and I got it delivered a couple days later.
The laptop itself is beautiful and setup was quick and easy.
I could not be happier with my purchase and so happy I was patient because I cannot stop looking at it.

"Ordered a laptop in March with a preorder ETA of April. Was told in May that the manufacturer is no longer making the laptop I ordered and that I would have to order the newer model or a different laptop. All the laptops that were similar to what I ordered had an even longer wait time. I had to order the newer version without any of the upgrades from my first order to get anywhere close to what I paid for the first order. They are still requiring me to pay the difference, however. "

"I purchased a laptop from XoticPC and when it arrived, I noticed some things I didn't like. After talking to customer service a few times, I decided to simply return the laptop for a refund and pick a different one. After the laptop was returned and I nagged them for days about my refund being processed, I ordered a different laptop that was a pre order. I altered my order on that and then a bit later decided, I didn't want to wait on a pre order. So I ordered a different laptop yet again! then I inquired on a change to that order. It would add time so I decided not to and kept the order as is. I have been probably the absolute worst kind of customer and to their credit, through all of my nagging emails, questions, chats, calls, they answered all my questions and never let me feel that I was anything less than a valued customer. The staff isn't huge and the sometimes get hammered I'm sure but they WILL answer when they can. Big kudos to Alex, James, and Andrea for handling message after message from me! I will definitely recommend to anyone after a custom computer to shop at XoticPC."

"I ordered and payed for my computer back in January. It was ETA in February but when I finally called customer service in early March they told me that the ETA's were going to be shipping late. I understand that due to the current environment, things could be delayed, but it's been 5 months and I'm still waiting for my computer. My bigger concern is that the company does not communicate with you at all. You have to constantly reach out to them to get updates. When I finally complained enough they upgraded me for free to a rush order but it's been a month since that I still have no idea when I will receive the computer I already paid for.
I will update once I finally receive my order because I have faith the the computer will be great but so far the customer service had been terrible
