"I ordered an Asus Strik G15 in Feb from Xoticpc. At the time I knew it would be at least April due to the very high demand of these gaming laptops. Xoticpc did send emails from time to time with updates. Which I was happy about. At the beginning of April I emailed asking about the status, and they said it would possibly be May. There were times I did feel like cancelling the order but I could not find anything with a Ryzen 9 and a 3070 for the same great price that they had. So I didn't cancel and waited. It's April 14th and I am typing this review on my new G15. I am glad I was patient. It was boxed up very nice.

"I attempted to buy a laptop from Xotic based on my friend's recommendation from his. Found out, after placing my order, that they flag ALL debit cards as "suspect" and refuse to process your order. Can't even try a different form of payment because, of course, it takes them 5-7 business days to refund the charge they put on your card anyway. Customer service is 0% helpful on this issue, because they want you to pick one of their finance plans instead of paying up front through your credit union. Guess I'll have to look at their competitors for my new laptop instead."
"So my experience relates solely with their check policy. They say that cashier checks will be allowed after 5 days if you send them an image. Unfortunately, a cashier check sent directly from your bank doesn't count. And no matter what screen shots you send them it doesn't fit the only 2 allowed types they want. This begins the 21 BUSINESS day waiting period.
I'm a patient guy, but a whole MONTH waiting for a check to clear (which by the way was withdrawn from my account the day they received it) followed by however long the build takes (probably 2-3 weeks if past experience is any guess) then that means 2+ months without a computer that YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. Any other business this would be theft, but since it's a small shop in Nebraska I guess it's ok. Just ensures I won't be using them again.
If you use a credit card and pay the extra $50 I'm sure it's much quicker and more pleasant. For those of us money minded folks, go to Newegg or a similar place. They won't take your money then wait to do what you paid them for."
"At first when I initially delt with xotic pc the customer service was great. Unfortunately after I received my device I found out it did not ship with the operating system advertised during the purchase process. I contacted customer support to try and come up with a solution however (Trevor) the supposed supervisor basically told me I was out of luck and that if I wanted I could just return the device. This is in my opinion horrible customer service and this guy has no business being a supervisor. I am sure I am not the only one who would expect them to simply either refund me the price of the operating system or better yet furnish me with a activation key. I will definitely think again about any future purchases and go with a different company that would be willing to take customer service seriously. "
