"Deeply disappointed in this company. The product I ordered failed within an hour -- and thats being generous -- of installing it, and they said I had to pay the return shipping for a refund. This was only a few days after the item was received -- it was a gift for my mother. Beyond that, shipping was $12 for this lighted keyboard, and it came in a bubble shipping bag. For as much overpayment I made on shipping, one would think they could afford to pay for return shipping on a faulty item.

Apparently there are enough other suckers out there that they don't need my business. I'll go back to tried and true customer service from Amazon and Newegg. I'm done with dealing with these little no-name companies."

I placed an order for a pair of XSPC Rasa GPU waterblocks. Unfortunately for me, I didn't do the appropriate research, and ordered blocks incompatible due to clearance issues with the compression fittings and tube size (1/2ID, 3/4OD) I was using.

Upon finding out (and luckily before the blocks had shipped), I contacted their RMA department to cancel my order. Cory from the customer service team did so immediately, without issuing any restocking fee. Absolutely amazing service, especially since water cooling products are generally not returnable due to cleanliness and corrosion issues. However, an exception was made for me because I obviously could not have used / corroded the parts, having not yet received them. :)

Unfortunately the blocks that I ended up buying (EK Supreme HF Acetal GPU) were not available at Xoxide, otherwise, I would have purchased them there. I intend on making Xoxide one of my core group of shops for all my PC modding and water-cooling needs. They're an excellent store with a great group of people who stand behind customer service--something extremely rare now a days."

"Don't buy anything from these crooks! They are way too expensive and they sell a lot of pure junk and the service is really terrible. I am still trying to get my money refunded on a damaged case that I received from them and they refuse to refund my money and they wil not send the shipper (FED-EX) to my home to check out the damaged case and they expect me to ship the case back at my expense. It just doesn't work that way. They like to sell their cases way above retail price when you consider that they remove the power supplies and that means there is an added expense to the comsumer. Their ads are also very misleading. They make the customer think that a power supply is included. They just recently changed the ads because I made a formal complaint to Pay Pal about this situation. I am still waiting for them to pick up this damaged case and refund my money. They will not answer my email. I don't have money to buy damaged computer cases that I cannot use. "

"The Sales Rep Named Cory mess up my shipping order twice in a month. The problem is the tracking number like always. First time, he gave me the wrong tracking number. The 2nd time he gave me a fake tracking number when there is no tracking number provided. "I Have ordered Matrox TripleHead the analog version but because it was out of stock i was advised by the seller if i would like to have the digital version that was in stock or wait for a couple of days. He recommended digital to analog adapters to make it work which i accepted. When I received the shipment i was surprised that the adapters were (Female-Digital to Male-Analog)whereas the Matrox TripleHead needs a Male-Digital converter!! they totally didn't work and I was extremely disappointed and still looking for these converters.
