"i bought the Super Slim Acrylic Illuminated Keyboard - Black. sometimes it lights up sometimes it doesn't. due to this inconvience i would like a Xoxide BlueIce USB Optical Mouse for my computer. i've tried calling and i get answering machine everytime i call or i get returned e-mail addresses. i don't know the order number for the keyboard.

"When i ordered two 120mm fans the tracking number didn't work for two days until i e-mailed customer service and they got the tracking number to work. "Alright well I overlooked the size of the red fan grills, I needed 120's but its alright, and then the LED strip I actually put that under my case and it looks pretty sweet when its on a flat surface the LED strip way surpassed what I thought it was going to be. "Buyer Beware! Shipping method is bait and switch! While this may not be a big deal for some, I needed a part in a hurry and chose Xoxide specifically because their location is only 1 day transit time from me with both Fedex and UPS. And, their website indicated it would be shipped as such. Unfortunately for me they shipped it First Class Mail and it took 4 days to arrive.

As soon as I found out it had been shipped First Class I emailed them and received nothing but double talk and disclaimers. I ended up ordering the same part from a different vendor in another state and still received it before the one from Xoxide arrived. Needless to say that purchase from Xoxide was also my last. There are too many other vendors out there able and willing to deliver excellent service for me to use Xoxide again."
