"I ordered 7 small parts to complete a PC I was building. I was supposed to get 3 yate loon medium fans, a NZXT light rope, Scythe fan controller, and a few adapters for some fans. I opened the box and no Yate Loon fans in sight. I ended up calling customer service 3 times and the first guy brushed me off like he thought I wasn't telling the truth. The second guy emailed me after I called to check up on things at least. It took three weeks for them to refund the fans and a huge hassle on my part because I had to go somewhere else to buy the fans. It was a stupid simple problem that they could have fixed almost immediately because it was a cheap fix. I was very disappointed and won't be recommending them to anyone I do business with.
(If Xoxide reads this and would like to send me the three yate loon medium fans to repay the trouble then please respond because I would probably shop at the store again. Until then I'll choose tigerdirect)
EDIT: Since the time of posting this review Xoxide has contacted me and said that they would send the fans. I am very surprised and happy to see a company trying to fix their errors and create a customer base that will help them gain a footing against some of the big companies like Tigerdirect and Microcenter. While I still think Xoxide needs to create a login on their website for customers to view past/in process orders and also a better return process. I think that they are trying to become the company that modders and PC builders love because of great prices for the hottest parts on the market. (They do have significantly lower prices!)"

CONS:
-Shipping was very expensive. (Due to shipping all the way from Florida)
-After Buying, I found the same case on Newegg which costs $70.00 total including shipping. Xoxide, the case cost $70.00 for just the case, plus the $40.00 shipping for a slim keyboard and some thermal compound.

(So just check your shipping. A lot of places like Newegg have shipping warehouses across the country, unlike Xoxide.

IMPROVEMENTS:
One of the things I was really looking for in a case is one that could fit my Giant 560 TI graphics card. Only a few cheap enough had in the description that it could fit 11" cards. Xoxide should add more then just the data that they pulled from the official site. They should actually check out some of the cases themselves, and add in any info that they feel should be added. Also, all the cases offered different pieces of information. Some included more detail on certain features then others. Again, Xoxide needs to check out all their stuff and put it on their site.

Xoxide states they will ship FedEx...BUT...it is actually FedEx from their site and to save them money, it transfers to the US Postal Service. They charge their buyers the FedEx price!!
I gave them the FedEx address to ship to....(the US Postal Service does not deliver to my residence) Well, Xoxide received my order back to them as "no such number/address". Once THEIR error was found, they wanted to charge me the shipping costs AGAIN to get my order delivered to me."
