"Before buying, read the very last point #10 on their return policy. It excludes almost every major item you can buy. heat sinks, VGA coolers, water cooling kits, water-cooled cases, water blocks/reservoirs/pumps/radiators/tubing, sleeving and sleeving kits, wire loom, UV paint, UV Dye, case & mouse pad skins, and caffeine products.
So almost anything you buy is non-refundable/non-returnable.
Their only recommedation they gave was to try to contact the manufacturer of my water block for a refund. Theres no way the manufacturer will refund what a reseller has sold.
Needless to say, im not going to buy from them again because most likely anything that I would buy would be non-returnable. "
