"This company has to be the worst company for customer service I have ever delt with anywhere..
I purchsed an item from them and they double shipped it leaving me with 2 items one I did not pay for, So feeling that I should allert someone of there mistake I sent an email off stating they have make a mistake. The email that I recived after that was not greatfull but one of demanding that I ship it back to them on there time frame and there way they also said That if I did not do it within the time they had set I would be billed for second item. I then returned an email that stated I was verry busy and diddnt know if I could get it sent off with in that time and asked if they could send a shipping lable that would last 30 days not knowing ups dosnt do that....
They then got verry nasty with me stating I was trying to steal from there compay... now if I wanted to steal from them I would not have alerted them to the fact that they double shipped my order.. I then called and tryed to get a manager that I could report DOT the lady I was dealing with she refused to let me talk to anyone before I gave her my customer number so i finally gave it to her and she went to talk with the shipping manager. I was on hold for 30 min waiting to talk to him and by the time he got on the phone she had allready twisted the story and was verry upset with me for stealing from there company and would not hear anyting I had to say and refused to give names of any of his bosses or the owner of the company stating that the owner does not deal with customers and I find that verry hard to believe and finally he decied that I wasnt inportant enough to talk to so he just hung up on me

Plesent experence? NOT AT ALL horbile company to put it lightly"

"I was searching high and low for a store that had the Steelpad 5L in stock. Xoxide said they did, and I thought I'd give them a try.
The invoice was not emailed to me as soon as I submitted my order. However, I sent an email to customer support and they sent me a copy of the invoice within a day. The order was shipped soon after, and I'm enjoying my new mousepad.
Quick service and when they say they have a hot product in stock, they do. Recommended."

"I ordered 2 fans *13* days ago, and I still have nothing. This is from a company that is, I kid you not, 10 minutes away from my house. The customer service person I contacted initially indicated that I could have just driven over and picked the package up if I'd known. He told me the package had shipped 6 days after ordering it, but I didn't even get an email with the tracking info until 8 days after the order (and after this conversation with cust service).

Then the tracking number provided didn't work for 3 days. It only JUST came up this morning as having been shipped TODAY.

So not only did it take them 13 days to ship 2 small fans to a destination 10 minutes away from their site, but it seems that the person I spoke with on the phone was either:
a) horribly misinformed
b) lying

"I ordered 2 items on Sun 2/26/06. Both were in stock and we suppsoed to ship in 1-2 business days. 4 days later I emailed CS and got no response. Later I finally received shipping info from automated response. Problem was the item still had no shipped per tracking. Never received any email response from CS.
Very poor CS and horrible long delay in shipping. Tracking now says it shipped today. My first and likely last order from this store."
