"Ok, I don't know what these folks are talking about with all of these glowing reviews. I have to saw this has been my obsolute worst experience. It is know 4 days later and I have yet to receive a confirmation email, a status email or any kind of contact from this company at all. What have they done with my money? Who knows. I can't contact them. They have no way to check the status of the order on line or their customer contact number leads to voicemail. I have ordered from smaller resllers before and I have never not received confirmations and had a way to check the status on line.

It's like my money went into a blackhole and I am left scratching my head. If I don't get some kind of communication by Monday, I guess I will have to keep calling and see if I can reach a human but this not what I call good customer service...or well...actually service at all."

"I was upgrading my computer and needed cooling parts as I knew the way that the sysyem was going to run, heat reduction was going to be critical.

I checked Xoxide and they had just what I was looking for, a large cpu cooler that would handle a hyperthreaded cpu, North and South bridge cooling kit that came with parts so it would fit in any motherboard and a 60mm case fan.

I ordered the parts as the prices were good, got a confirmation e-mail quickly and another one when they shipped. I ordered the parts next day as I wanted to get the system up and running and the parts arrived on-time.
