"Ordered, skeptically, Red Rock "cold air intake" for 2006 TJ because customer service rep at ET assured me that it's compatible. After complete install (about 2 hrs), all good except no obvious way to insert IAT sensor in intake tube rubber grommet. Called ET, they said sorry "we don't have any technical support people." Said to take to mechanic, or take product out and return- BS! They apparently just sell stuff w/o knowing diddly about some of the products. Also can't get RED Rocks 4X4 by phone either. This is crap on both companies parts!"

"When i bought one item they shipped it right away but when i order multiple items from the shopping car they hold the order for one month when i call customer service they take 2 hours to answer and they tell me we sorry we don’t know why the oder on hold while the money is token from the card that happen twice it’s really annoying more than tow month to get my items "
"This company is run by morons! Who in their right mind sells you a product and then WITHOUT NOTICE ships part of the product and then waits until the rest of the product ships before telling you that the product was split into pieces???? My case it was a lift kit. Parts of my lift kit were shipped and received BUT after taking inventory of my parts I realized parts were missing!!! I called customer support and apparently they ship parts of the KIT out individually WITHOUT notifying the customer and they "have no way of knowing" until the rest of the parts are shipped that they were shipped separately or when they are arriving!!!! Seriously how do you sell a kit with a single item number and then take it apart knowingly and ship it in pieces without being able to inform the customer???? Worst experience ever and absolutely the last time I order from this company!!!"
"Go Rhino RB20 running boards purchased for 4Runner. I got the brackets the next day but had to wait almost a week for the running boards themselves. Slight damage to the passenger side where bare metal was exposed. Also seemed a little warped. All in all it will work and be fine. I will touch up paint the step but for almost 600 bucks I can’t say I’m satisfied with the purchase completely. I don’t want to send anything back and go through all the mess. It’s just a few small spots but I think this quality is less than it was a few years ago on this product. "

"Top arrived fast, secure and undamaged. Fairly easy to install. The ride is so much quieter! I can hear my music. A/C is able to keep up! Love the flip up back glass. Makes using the back possible. I can’t comment on leaks yet. I do have to “slam” the doors now, but hopefully the gaskets will relax with use. Overall…worth the money!! "
"Makers name plate looks stupid on top. Truck has 4 brackets spots but boards only came with 3 brackets. Weight is not evenly supported. Should have better pics when ordering. After purchase ads were to buy more running boards? How many does one need? Way too many ads too."
