"I ordered a kit consisting of 2 boxes, Box 1 of 2 and Box 2 of 2. I received two Box 2 of 2s initially, returned one with no problems and received again another Box 2 of 2. My customer service rep was very good about getting my second return going and stayed on the line with me to ensure everything was right. Upon inspecting the packaging further I found what I assume is an inventory barcoding sticker which showed the information for box 1 of 2 even though the rear of the packaging clearly states the package was Box 2 of 2. The moral is sometimes the computer systems needs verified by the human eye, trust but verify. I am awaiting my replacement, hopefully correct this time, but feel very sheepish about placing anymore orders."
