"What would you think when you go to add a replacement bumper, you order for your model, it arrives, instructions tell you to remove the 8 bolts for factory number and then your new wench ready bumper gives you only 4 bolts to install the new bumper. Ummm yeah. And to top it off, the bolt plates did not arrive with bumper. I am on the 4th day attempting to have bumper returned for a refund. Sad that the quality of service is so low."
