"I placed order in the late evening of August 24th (HST). Less then 24 hrs of my order I called Sunday, August 25th sw a gentleman by the name of Tyler and cancelled my order. He informed me that my order would be cancelled and I would not be charged.
Not only was I charged but the item was shipped.
I am asking that you refund my credit card of $38.22 and send me a postage paid label to return the item ASAP.

"I ordered floor liners and 2 different seat covers (1 is for the dogs to throw over the Jeep seat covers). I really like the look of the floor liners versus other companies. Floor liners look a lot better than the carpet too. The seat covers look awesome. People can't even tell they are covers. They thought they were the original seats in the Jeep. They took some work to get them on and I suggest watching the video of how to install. Took me more than 30 minutes. I ordered these items on a Thursday and on Saturday 2 of the 3 items were in the driveway waiting on me. Can't beat that quickness of getting your product. Looking forward to buying more products for my new Jeep from Extreme Terrain."
"So far two out of three orders from Extreme Terrain have come in damaged, the other one, a decal, was so poorly made it ripped while peeling the backing off. You have to pay extra for the shipping insurance (kind of scammy if you ask me), the first time I had my issue resolved, but it took so long and required 2 different people and 3 days to resolve. The experience of resolving my issue was so bad that I just decided to accept the bent up steel fender liner on the next order and fixed it myself. The packaging is often subpar and they use FEDEX only which in my area typically means damaged merchandise. So 3 bad experiences is 3 strikes and I am done with them. It is a shame too, because I love the prices and the way the products look. Just wish I did not have to worry about them getting to me in one piece, let alone pay extra to insure against what they should be responsible for in the first place. "

"We bought two items that were very expensive and qualified for free shipping. I got a call from the freight carrier on Wednesday saying that they would be here the following day and I waited all day long with no call and at 4 o’clock I called the carrier and they said that they would not be delivering today, Thursday, because of whatever excuse they made. The lady I spoke with said they don’t know why it wasn’t deliver because they weren’t that busy on Thursday… what we had to do was drive to 235 miles round-trip to pick up our free shipping because they said the next delivery date would be the following Monday! We needed what we ordered and paid for. Free shipping was not free shipping! Not when you have to drive a couple hundred miles to pick it up. Not happy with that experience. ExtremeTerrain sent a $20 compensation towards our next purchase with them . Not any money towards our gasoline or our day off work to pick up what we purchased. Not happy with that either. We spent over $1000 with this company and due to that and their ridiculous compensation we will not be back.
And please! Take us off your mailing list!! It’s way over the hill!!!"

"Ordered a set of fender flares, website stated it was a set of four, only received the front two. When I called customer service I was a sent a link to upload pictures for a replacement claim. Then received an email stating there was a miss print in the ad listing, and they asked if I wanted a full refund. I replied that I would like to be able to get the matching rear set. 2 days now and still haven’t heard back. So now I have a set of front fender flares, don’t know why anyone would buy just the fronts. At this point I just want to return and get my money back. "
