"I've been using YesAsia for probably 2 years now and I really don't look anywhere else to buy albums and DVDs from my favorite K-pop artists, whether it's a Korean album, Japanese album, or Mandarin album. The only time I don't buy from here is if they just don't have the item I was looking for. I know some people prefer other websites because they may be cheaper, but for me, YesAsia gives you the most value regardless. I could buy cheaper albums somewhere else, but would I get free shipping if my subtotal is $39+? I live in America, so the shipping part is a life-saver. I've used CDJapan and the shipping always gets me. I also like how YesAsia's policy on obtaining coupons/credits is far more reasonable than most. In just the past few months alone, I've gotten 3 $5 coupons and get notified when they are about to expire. This, plus the free shipping and tax, seals the deal.

Also, I'm always contacted quickly after I submit an issue in regards to my order (removing an item, swapping an item, applying a coupon even after the order is changed, missing poster, etc.). That's almost unheard of in America, to be honest. Even when they say they're experiencing a high volume of requests, they still get back to me in less than 48 hours and immediately fix whatever it is or clarify any issues. I don't think I've ever had an issue with them at all.
