Hope Yesasia can do a better job next time ! A simple test is the 'SHAKE" test, if the parcel can hear noise when being shaked, then it's not well-packed.

"-I greatly appreciate the free shipping. Being from the middle of nowhere in Europe, shipping costs for various products can often get higher than the item cost alone, so this is a very welcome feature. Sure, it does take a while (around 30 days) but honestly that's nothing in comparison to money saved.
-The customer service is reasonably fast and helped me every time I've had a question or a problem, no issues there.
-I've had a bit of an issue with payment the first time I ordered using a credit credit card (problems verifying information), but after that I started paying with PayPal and had no issues since.
-As for the condition of items, I've only ordered albums and posters from the site. Albums get delivered in perfect condition 90% of the time, in the remaining 10% of cases the corner(s) were a little damaged, however it's nothing major. As for the posters though, I've decided to stop ordering them from YesAsia, as all of the 6 posters I ordered got to me damaged. They come packaged in cardboard tubes with a bit of bubble wrap on top and bottom. Despite that the rolled edges of the posters were quite badly damaged and torn. One of the tubes also had a pretty big dent in it. That's also the reason I took away one star from the rating.
With all that being said, I would definitely recommend YesAsia."
"I've almost always have had a good experience with yesasia, nothing really goes wrong, it does take a while for the albums to get here but that's expected as I do get the free shipping but other than that everything comes in good condition. price wise it's $20 cheaper than other stores including the shipping, I usually get a set of 3 albums to get the free shipping so the average price usually is $55 for my total order as compared to other stores that would be around $70 to $80. I don't really have anything bad to say!"
