"It's my first purchase from them so, aside from a little reading around online, I went in blind. They had the album I was looking for at a fair price and were offering a free shipping option which was nice to see. I've only preordered the album and it'll still be a couple weeks yet before I (hopefully) receive it so I can't speak about any of that yet. I'll update my review if something comes up. Not that I anticipate any problems, going by the other reviews and word of mouth.
