"I brought two vinyl records in mid-November but the items I received were not the limited edition as I ordered. I decided to return the items and asked for re-delivery. I wrote to the customer services of YesAsia. They checked and replied that my items were ready for re-delivery but I needed to return the incorrect items first. As I was away home for a week, I returned the items by courier immediately when I returned home. When I notified YesAsia about the details of return items, they told me that my items were out of stock!!! I was very angry about that. It was my WORST experience to shop online!!!

I ordered a present for my sister and it was quite expensive one at last. But even after 3 months of waiting no sight of the kdrama I bought.
So I send a mail, and they answered that they would send one out again but I had to send my adress (?) They already had my adress but okey I did so. Then they said, a day later, that I had put in a wrong adress when ordering. My adres house number was missing they said, that is the lamest excuse ever. I did put it in because it is automatic generated and I double checked it. Also there are 5 houses in my steet and everyone knows eachother. And the post here is not send by street number but name and postal code.
Also they made that mistake with a friend of mine and my sister before, to not put their house number but it was always delivered.
Now they said It was my foult "and just to ask around if mabey my neighbours have the package?! What a trash site!-

"Just placed my 3rd order with YESAsia. The previous purchases arrived quickly and were packed really well, so I continue buying here. My main reason for leaving feedback here today is about an issue I had and how well it was resolved!
I need to mention YESAsia normally has a 14 day return policy. But since I bought multiple items and as I had no playback issues when testing my order and there was no visual damage to any of my items I did not notice that I accidentally received a duplicate DVD and another was missing until I got to the duplicate disc while watching: One of my items was a 12 DVD, 56 hour long Chinese Drama. The 10th DVD had the right label printing on it, but the wrong contents (the same episodes that were on disc 9).
Basically I was late a couple days with notifying YESAsia about the duplicate 9th DVD and that I was missing disc 10. They got back with me within 48 hours and roughly 2 weeks later I received the correct disc without me having to go thru a return struggle (as I only needed one DVD, not the whole set replaced). Thank you for solving my issue so professionally! The only thing they could have done better is actually e-mail me the tracking number for the replacement or update it to my account."

"I am placing my second order now. It is impossible to get JPop in Canada (except through sites like EBay) so when I found these guys I was very excited. I was happy with the process placing my first order (easy and user friendly ordering) but the shipping sealed the deal - these guys are first rate! I chose express delivery and my order arrived in record time - I waited less than a week for the items to be in stock and once shipped I had them in two days. I order overseas all the time and have never seen shipping this fast. I will be a devoted customer from this point on."

"YesAsia had Kim Jaejoong's Love Covers album in stock at a reasonable price and reasonable shipping cost. The only issue was with payment: I wanted to update my credit card number but couldn't see an easy way to do that. So I backed out a bit and paid with PayPal which was fine, but I feel the website should have an easy way to update credit card information. Perhaps they're trying to discourage credit card payments."
