Especially recently their shipping has been great. Now that they're using FedEx their items are packed really well. The only thing is, if you find something you want, you have to buy it fast! "They shipped my Package but when it arrived at my door the name wasn't mine at all it was under a name called "Cassandra" so i wasn't sure if it was for me so i told them to send it back cause it wasn't under my name or even any of my family name for that matter, Turns out when i checked the tracking after it said its being returned to sender so it turns out it was supposed to be mine but it was under a DIFFERENT NAME! yes i had my name "David" written on the damn website and all, So after that i sent them a Message about it and they said now i need to wait for it to come to their Headquarters before they can do anything, 3+ months later they still haven't received it and they kept telling me to keep waiting so i was **** then in the end they gave me a refund in Yesasia credit but they also did say they wouldn't refund the shipping cost, I mean they had it under a DIFFERENT NAME! and they said it wasn't their fault so now i'm never using this stupid site ever again better forking up a bit more cash at other websites then dealing with their support that is an absolute pain in the a$$, sad too cause i did buy a couple of things from their site already and had no problems till now. At this rate i wouldn't even be surprised if my Package still haven't even came to their headquarters yet after 6+ Months.
