I’m happy to report free shipping is still available although the rules are different from my last order several years back when I compadre the order total from my earlier purchases. Customer service is great! It takes about 1-2 days for them to respond, most likely due to the amount of people asking for support, but when they do, they are quite helpful!
After finding YesAsia, I haven't bought K-Pop albums anywhere else! The catch is that if you want albums with posters, the posters only come in-tube, so it'll cost $8 extra. Another catch is that if you want the preorder benefits from JYP albums, it will cost extra as well."
