"I ordered my 2 WiFi Boosters on Oct 7th, as of 12/21 I still don't have my WiFi Boosters and I'm out $87.96 at this point. I sent them e-mails and they are returned with wrong address. I call on the phone ***-***-**** and it hangs up on me. If anyone hears from them please leave a message so the rest of us can get our money back. If anyone starts a class action let us know too."
"I ordered 2 Glacier AC units on July 7, 2020 that was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. After waiting for over 2 months, my order arrived on September 15, 2020 in a crushed box that was completely covered in mailing tape, so you know that it had been re-used. I opened both boxes which had a musty moldy odor, so you could tell that it WASN'T NEW! Both Glacier AC's were DEFECTIVE and WAS NOT RECHARGEABLE AND CORD FREE as the ad states. I called to get a refund, after making several calls, I was able to speak with a so called "Agent" who told me I could return it. They gave me an RMA #, and return PO BOX address. I paid to ship it back on September 26, 2020 and just received it back on December 9, 2020, with a note that said 'BOX CLOSED"! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!

I order a product that was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. After 2 months and many phone calls they said I could cancel my order and get a refund. They shipped the order anyway. I called and was told I could return it, they gave me an RMA #, I had paid to ship it back and then a month after they received they sent it back saying there was as no company by that name at that address.

First they failed to get my purchase to me within 2 weeks as promised, they added things to my order that I didn't ask for, and now that I've asked for a refund, they've failed to follow through on any of their MANY PROMISES of customer service (which I teach by the way). I kept record of who I've talked with, etc., and it's a good thing because I'll be pursuing them via Better Business Bureau's very public web site and the Attorney General today! Companies like these work flawlessly when taking our money (in my case it was $216.42), but when it comes time to deliver ANYTHING in the way of product or customer service, I got ZERO, ZILCH, NADA! Do not trust this company with your credit card number...unless you like GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY...they have no intentions of giving you what you pay for or in giving your money back. They've been jerking me around now for 3 MONTHS and in the process they've given the most lame excuses for not keeping their promise to me. The most repeated was, "It's been escalated to management" but when you want to talk to management, they're NEVER available. Three days ago I was told I'd get my money in 3 days. Today I called since it's been 5 days and was told, "It will take 30 days". I originally requested my refund near the end of July. You do the math. Unless you have money to throw out the window, don't do business with this company. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you!"
"I ordered a fit beat watch on September 15, 2020. It would take them 3-7 days to ship and because of covid 19 another 15 days to be received. Today I called the company and I was told that the order was still in the warehouse and was waiting to be picked up by the courier. They did not want to tell me who the courier is and cold not explain why it had not left. I said I wanted to cancel the order and demanded a refund. First they only wanted to give me a 50% refund and I said no a full refund for the order has not left your business. They said they process the refund and should see a refund within 3- 5 days. I told them if it is not received in my account than I will call the bank and report a fraud and scam action against the company. Make purchases with a cc so you can get this reversed and have the credit card company go after the bank. "
"We ordered a portable glacier AC unit back in July. Our credit card was charged immediately. We still have no product. I have called 5 times. The 2nd time I was given a FedEX tracking number just to get me off the phone. That was August 16, 2020. On me next two calls, 9/18/2020, 9/29/2020 I was given a guaranteed deliver within 5-7 business days and a refund of $34.99 was supposed to be supplied due to the wait. I am now on my 2nd call today - getting the message that my call is important to them but after 10 minutes I am the only person on the call and it is disconnected. "I ordered this on the basis of an advertisement in a magazine I subscribed to and usually trust.
Credit card was charged - then nothing.
I tried to follow up online was told my power saver module was shipped and given a tracking number without information who the shipper was.
Eventually 5-6 weeks later I was delivered a small crushed parcel in which was a badly deformed carton with an English translation of Chinese, which was unintelligible and with a US address for returns. 3 different times I called and went on hold for 10 minute each without any response.
When I plugged in the unit into an outlet near my main circuit-breaker box - despite the crushed carton the unit seems otherwise ok - none of the indicator lights lit up.
I started writing this review and plugged it into my office and surprisingly the great indicators lit up.
NOW - I've plugged it back in near my circuit breaker - the lights are 'ON' and I'll monitor my power consumption over the next month to see if there is any improvement .....
An after-sales contact which is never available is TOTALLY useless...."
"Over a month ago I ordered 2 MYWifi hot spots form Youcansave.store. During this period I called them several times to find out where the items were. Each time ( 4X ) they told me to wait 5 to 7 days for USPS to deliver. When nothing arrived I'd call them again, only for them to tell me the same garbage. A week ago (Aug 1) I call them asking to request my money back, they tell me they could not since the item had been shipped already; Immediately they sent me a tracking # which made me hopeful, however, I checked it today (a week later) and USPS says it has not been delivered to them; Obviously, they never delivered it to them and just created a label to make it appeared as if it was shipped, but it hasn't as of today. These people are "scammers" disguised as legitimate, they don't even have a normal *.com web site. Stay away folks!! I am calling my bank today and reporting them to the FTD."
