"I ordered a fit beat watch on September 15, 2020. It would take them 3-7 days to ship and because of covid 19 another 15 days to be received. Today I called the company and I was told that the order was still in the warehouse and was waiting to be picked up by the courier. They did not want to tell me who the courier is and cold not explain why it had not left. I said I wanted to cancel the order and demanded a refund. First they only wanted to give me a 50% refund and I said no a full refund for the order has not left your business. They said they process the refund and should see a refund within 3- 5 days. I told them if it is not received in my account than I will call the bank and report a fraud and scam action against the company. Make purchases with a cc so you can get this reversed and have the credit card company go after the bank."
