"I placed and order the 2nd of September for an item that said IN STOCK. After not receiving the item by the last week of September, I checked the status and it said "Product is on a short temporary backorder. Products should ship within the next several days."
I waited and upon contacting customer service, they emailed saying I should have received an email stating it was on back order and would ship on October 22. Again, it did not arrive and I once again contacted them and was told I was sent two more emails about the status of my order, that it was finally in stock and was scheduled to arrive the week November 4th. Today is November 6th, I am extremely disappointed and have been put out almost $50 for this item. I would suggest NOT using this website! I believe all the 5 star reviews are a hoax!"

"I originally ordered the 16pc Deluxe Set of Space Saving Bags on 8/26/13 and after a couple of weeks I called their customer service department and was told that the product was on back order and should be in stock in 10 days. I cancelled my order and they mailed me a check instead of reversing my credit card charges. I reordered on 9/19/13 and my credit card was charged, nowhere in the order process was I told that the space saver bags were still on back order. Again I called and was told that the product would be shipped to me by 10/21/13. Today is 10/21/13 and this is the message I get when I check on my order. "Product is on a short temporary backorder
