"I ordered some merchandise which was received damaged. Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, I was not able to comply with the return policy deadlines which were quite generous. The end result is that my money will be refunded. I willing wrote this review and will not hesitate to order from Your Store Online again.

"I purchased magnetic screen doors from them based on price advertised. They didn't show shipping costs until after the purchase was made and it was high. Then after they processed the order they sent an email informing me they would be on back order for a month. After waiting the month I contacted them and they said it would be here that week. The following Wed. I contacted them again and this time they said it had been damaged in shipping and had to be reshipped. I'm supposed to wait another week now, and the person typing to me on the support chat was rather snarky. I even apologized for venting my complaint, knowing they aren't personally to blame, but they seemed to take it very personal. They sited a good rating with BBB but I couldn't find a way to report them on the BBB site. Like they don't seem to be listed. Hmmm."

"I placed an order on a Friday. I got a confirmation of the "order being processed". I called on Wednesday and was told the order had been shipped on Tuesday.
One week later I called to get the tracking number that had been promised and was told that the article "had just been shipped". I questioned this and was told there "are no records of any call".
I was then told that " we have TWO WEEKS to get it to you". This is not what I was told and it is not what the respondent on my first call told me.
If it was shipped today there is no way it will arrive "in two weeks" from my order date.
This "merchant" charges a hefty fee for "shipping and handling" and has yet to provide the product.
I would NEVER purchase anything from this organization again and will insure that any and every one that is on my mailing list will be made aware of this crowd."
"I recently purchased an anti-snoring Mouth guard. I was using another product with similar attributes. This new one however was far superior and felt much more comfortable in my mouth instantly. The anti-snoring mouth guard also worked better and I am thrilled as also my wife that I got it."
