"I thought the bag was cute and I was looking forward to getting it and the sunglasses.....until my order was cancelled due to a "technical" website issue. The order went thru the processing and confirmation, they should follow thru and reprocess it by creating another order. I think they got so many requests, they don't want to fulfill them and are looking to make up the losses with the $10 off $30+ offer. I don't need $30 worth of products. I just want my bag and sunglasses."

"Very BAD Company! REFUSED to ship a CONFIRMED order where I entered my credit card number stating that it was due to a technical error! What bull crap! Stay away from this company they are dishonest thieves!

"Placed an order using a coupon code for a great deal, and received the confirmation email. Next business day I got a cancellation email for a "technical glitch" on their end. That's convenient; I get a great deal and they find a glitch."

"Cancelled my order saying it was because of a technical errorat their end and the computer did not recoznise the code (it sure did recognize the code then olny it let the order go through in the first place ).orders actually got cancelled because they neglected to mention that a coupon required a $15 purchase and people were using it for lower than that amount. They cancelled those orders, which should have, been honored because it was "THIER "mistake, not the consumers. After receiving a generic cancellation email, I called back, asking why my order had been cancelled i was told the same as i stated above and the female just apologised infact my mail said "Due to a technical error on our website, we regret to inform you that the order you placed this past week end has been canceled, and your credit card will not be charged".....so i went ahead and placed another order on monday the 5th of may as this would not be the weekend ......i even told the customer rep the same she said all orders with coupon code "NEWEB10OFF " has been cancelled but my order of monday was charging me 5.45 whhich included the shipping cost ....
this is very wrong and some thing should be done about them ,they should be now made to honor all the orders they received

"Canceled my order because of "technical error." It's their fault, they should honor it! Its not my problem if they had technical errors, or they were'nt specific enough with their promo and coupons. If they are concerned about keeping their valued customers and as part of good customer service, their should honor the transactions. Giving a coupon ($10 of $30) is insulting. Besides, who would wanna shop there again? I wouldn't!"

"Cancelled my order saying it was because of a technical error. Hundreds of orders actually got cancelled because they neglected to mention that a coupon required a $15 purchase and people were using it for lower than that amount. They then cancelled majority of those orders, which should have, IMO, been honored because it was their mistake, not the consumers. After receiving a generic cancellation email, I wrote back, asking why my order had been cancelled. I have received no response to date.

Update: 5/9/09. Still no response from company. Seems clear that they could care less about their customers. Very unprofessional. Will not be shopping with them again.

"I didn't appreciate to see that my order was canceled because I didn't order enough from your company. I was not aware of the amount that I was supposed to order so therefore my order got canceled. If the amount was not enough then the code that I used should not of gone through. I don't appreciate that they have my credit card information and then cancel my order for no good reason at all. If they don't want my business then I guess that's just one more person that won't be going to there sight in the future and ordering something. There were a few things on there that I had thought of ordering for a birthday gift in a later date, but now I'm not going to be doing that. I just think that this whole thing is ridiculous. I'm sorry that my first experience with this company sucked and will never go back to it again to order anything. "
