"The company canceled an order I had placed over a weekend stating it was "Due to a technical error on our website", however, the product was STILL available for purchase on their website after I had received the cancellation order. It seems their overarching plan was to harvest a lot of personal information (i.e. names, addresses, phone numbers) from consumers rather than selling a product. I choose not to receive any additional information via e-mail from them about upcoming promotions, etc, but I have a feeling I will be receiving spam and phone calls from their partners even though I'm on the do not call list (which in my opinion doesn't work at all). In the future, I will not be doing business with this company again in the future."

I used a legitimate coupon code for which there was no minimum purchase requirement. Apparently Yves Rocher was not happy about their oversight and "corrected" it after-the-fact, because when I try to replicate my original order the site informs me that there is now a $15 minimum purchase required.
All in all, the error was on THEIR end; I placed an order in good faith which was cancelled with no reason given in the cancellation email. Their response was neither graceful nor original - especially after the ordeal of ordering from their difficult site - and I'm unimpressed as a potential customer.
