"I ordered a pair of Native sunglasses from ZB sports because they were the cheapest on the web plus the company lets you choose three charities and they give away one percent of their annual profit to the three charities the customers choose. I contacted customer service about joining their vip program to save on shipping and the cost of the product they answered my email that day and helped me out."

"I read some not so good reviews for ZBsports and hesitantly emailed them regarding ordering online. I received a quick response and decided to go ahead with my order. I ordered the Arc'teryx Covert cardigan. Received item in 6 business days - awesome sweater! Was able to save about $65.00 off current retail price and got a GREAT addition to my wardrobe. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM ZBsports, again, without hesitation!! The communication was fast and made me feel comfortable ordering from them."

"I found ZBSports.com through Google Shopping – as I was looking for the best price on a particular shoe. I shop online all of the time, and I will buy something from almost anywhere providing that I can get the best deal (I’m an online opportunist haha) – whether it’s through using an affiliate shopping link like ebates.com or by using a promo code. I do a quick check of return policies, etc. for those e-retailers I am unfamiliar with. As long as the e-retailer appears legitimate and the price is competitive, then I’m in. This is how I found ZB Sports. I have purchased handfuls of shoes from ZBSports and stuck with them because they have quick shipping and provide competitive pricing… and as I discovered today, they also have great customer service. Being in the retail industry myself, I expect this of companies, but when they seem to go above and beyond – that’s when I really take notice…. and spread the word. ZB Sports customer service was great - timely, friendly, helpful, and able. They have made purchases and returns/exchanges incredibly easy."

"Ordered a jacket which was not in stock. The shipping time is within the time stated on the website (ordered on January 21st, shipped on January 29th, it said 3-6 business days for a not-in-stock item) so everything perfect there!
The only minor issue I have is that I didn't get an answer to my email within the promised 24 hours. But as this question was only related to the estimated shipping time it was automatically answered by the shipping notification! :-)

"I had ordered a jacket from ZBsports and needed to return the jacket. The holidays are a very busy time for many companies and often customer service becomes ini-dated with calls. The head of Customer Service reached out and handled the situation in a professional manner. The owner of the company helped with a quick resolution insuring total customer satisfaction. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
I will use ZBsports again.

"ZBsports has a small staff that is trying to manage a large amount of customers during the holidays. After trying to contact customer service several times, I will admit that I became frustrated. "I wanted to thank ZBsports for their excellent and above-and-beyond customer service! I had a problem with one shoe on my initial order (that I know they had already gone above-and-beyond to fulfill!) and they sent me a replacement before they even received my returned item. "I came across ZBSports when I was looking for Chacos for an upcoming vacation. I was a little worried they wouldn’t make it in time because I waited until the last minute to order them so I called to see when my order would ship. I was told since they were in stock they should ship the next day after placing my order. The next day I got an email with my tracking number and 2 days later I received my awesome new shoes! They came just in time for my trip and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service! I have already told my sister about the site and definitely wanted to share my experience with all. "

"Make sure that you read info carefully and you will LOVE this site!! If you have any questions on order talk to them and they will take care of you and answer any/all questions you have. There are sites out there that may be faster, but they will never treat you as well, and the prices are near impossible to beat as well ! "

"Wow... ZB sports officially has a new repeat customer!I don't shop online often because sometimes it's hard to tell exactly what you're getting and customer service...forget about it! My online shopping experience with ZB Sports was a pleasant surprise, I was looking for a particular brand that is usually difficult to find and there it was on the ZB Sports website!! When I placed the order it was actually IN STOCK- on top of that I received my order in just 3 days! Customer service was top notch as well, any questions I had regarding the products were answered and Becca the customer service rep that I spoke with was very knowledgeable.

"As a new customer I purchased VIP Dude membership (to ensure “Priority VIP Customer Service”) and Keen Whispers, which I received very fast, w/in 2 biz days.

Needed to exchange shoes for different model due to flat feet, and had some initial difficulty making contact with customer service, v. long hold times, an unresponded to PriceMatch inquiry.

I left a detailed voicemail and email, which were both responded to promptly. In fact, customer service rep Becca called three times, texted, and emailed in an effort to respond, and I also received an after hours voicemail from James, the company owner.

ZB & Becca demonstrated they valued my business, shipping out my new pair of shoes same day, pricematching my local store, and generally doing their best to ensure that I became the satisfied ZB customer I now am. I have withdrawn my earlier negative review and replaced it with a resounding 5 stars. I am looking forward to my next ZB gear purchase, and will refer their website to others. thanks guys!

"I ordered Chaco flip flops on June 23. As of the end of the day today, June 30, the order is still "processing" and has not been shipped. The price savings which attracted me to this site is not worth the wait. I will update this review if and when I receive my order. Right now, I wish I had paid the extra few dollars and gotten my stuff overnight from Zappos.
7/2/2012: 9:10 a.m. Order is still "processing" and not shipped. Call to the store went to voice mail.
7/2/2012: 10:10 a.m. Received a return call from Becca at ZB Sports. Explanation offered: my item is a special order from the manufacturer. The shipment should arrive today and the flips should be shipped within 24 hours. The shipment from Chaco has not arrived yet today.
7/2/2012 12:25 p.m.: Becca has called again to update me on status of the order, and will send me an e-mail with the tracking number when my order is shipped later today. She let me know that the owner had informed her of my earlier negative review. I am favorably impressed by the very fast response to complaint.
7/2/2012: 6:00 p.m. Received tracking number; confirmed that my order is in the mail and should arrive by 7/6/2012.
7/7/2012: Order arrived in today's mail, complete and correct.
