"Once in a while orders will get lost for whatever reason. It happens. The question is how well the company handles these situations. Well, my order was one of those orders that got lost and I have to say the customer service I received after it was brought to their attention was beyond any service that I have received. The owner called me immediately and explained what happened. He gave me daily updates by SMS, made sure I received my jacket and I was happy with the product. That's not what impressed me. What impressed me were his sincerity and his strong desire to make sure that all customers are happy. The owner also took it to the next level. He took the profits from my jacket and donated it all to my choice of charity (breast cancer foundation) and gave me a small credit as well. I strongly recommend buying from them and if your order does get lost just contact the owner. He actually cares. "
"I initially got off to a bit of a shaky start with ZBSports. To be fair, my first order with them was during the holiday season. Despite his busy schedule the owner contacted me directly to discuss my concerns about my order. He showed genuine interest in making my situation right. He also talked to me about his plans to revise their order process to make ordering easier and more accurate. Based on my interaction with James I will definitely be using ZBSports again."
"ZB service is great! But do not buy the Keen Erickson PCT boots. They are very uncomfortable, I have blisters and there is no padding for your feet. This is after wearing them to work 2 days straight then going on a 2 mile hike and giving it one more try on a 5.5 mile hike. For $170 boots you would figure they would be better than the $140 boots I've purchased. "

I saw on some site that some users were not happy with how their experience worked out. Things happen. I am in the restaurant business, and as you might know, same deal for us. Sometimes things don’t work out perfectly. The secret is recovery. As far as that goes, I have found that the secret to my own satisfaction is knowing that the larger, but more silent, majority of customers like what I do.

"ZBsports helped me so much. I placed an order with ZBsports about a two weeks ago for some sandals that I wanted for vacation. The sandals only come in half sizes and I had no idea what size to get but I really wanted this one color that ZBsports carried. I called customer service because I checked reviews on other websites to try to see what size would be most appropriate and still had no idea. The ZBsports customer service girl came up with an awesome idea and asked me to sketch an outline of my foot and they would put it on the sandal to see what size looked best. What a creative and imaginative idea; so I did just that and emailed the scan of the sketched foot to ZBsports and they compared it and told me what size they recommended. I received the sandals about a week later and they fit perfectly; just in time for my vacation. I felt compelled to write a review of ZBsports.com for going the extra mile.

"Holy cow am I happy to have found this site!! I had been coveting a pair of Vibram Five Fingers for months and found a great deal on this site PLUS a 10% off coupon code. I almost freaked out after I had placed the order when it said allow 7-14 days to recieve the order. I ordered June 9th and was hoping to get them by the 14th. I sent an urgent email to their customer service and recieved a response back within a few hours saying they showed it had already shipped out and provided a tracking number. "Outstanding customer service!!! Best prices on Arc'teryx jackets that I can find anywhere. I recently purchased the Apache cardigan for my wife at $50 off retail, then the price dropped even more a day after I placed, my order. I sent them an email and they credited me the difference. Previously I ordered a Theta AR jacket, but the wrong color was sent. When I called, they immediately sent a return label and shipped me a replacement jacket in the correct color that day and did not wait for my returned item. I get the sense that they are a small operation with not a lot of employees as it sometimes takes a while for them to respond to voice/email. However, when they do, they are very friendly, knowledgeable on the product, and provide excellent service. I will definitely look to ZBSports for future purchases."
"I was initially hesitant to spend so much on an expensive piece of Arxteryx gear from a small shop like this. Just makes me nervous as there are several smaller retailers out there with too-good-to-be-true prices that are just scam operations.
Well, I reluctantly ordered my Arcteryx Alpha SV jacket from them. Received it super fast, got an email about my order, and was overall VERY impressed with their speed of shipping and their prices. Over the last year they have been my go to retailer for anything they sell that I am looking for. I don't know how they keep their prices so low, but they are indeed unbelievable, especially when combined with their shipping speed and amazing customer service. They also packed my items well. Everything is always neatly packed in boxes with bubble wrap as needed for shipping.
I have used them five times so far and will continue to use them indefinitely. "
