"I am disappointed with the level of customer service at ZB Sports. My expereince is the same of the other gal who posted something. I placed an order June 10 that shows it is processing. I am wondering if I will ever receive my item. I have sent an email inquiry and left now two voice messages. I have had no reponse.

UPDATE: While I fell through the cracks for very brief period of time, this company truly cares about their customers and providing good service! I have now received numerous personal telephone calls about the status of my order. I had placed a special order, which somehow did not get shipped from the manufacturer. ZB Sports is bending over backwards to try to get my order to me as quickly as possible. They are exhausting all avenues available to them to make the customer happy here. I am confident I will get my shoes soon. As a group fitness instructor and avid runnner, I go through numerous pairs of shoes a year. I am hopeful this is the beginning of a new relationship. Stay tuned for more positive feedback to come once I receive my crisp, new shoes!

"Just talked to Becca from ZB who confirmed that my sandals will be shipped today or tomorrow,when they receive them from Keen.
She even said she'd upgrade the shipping for me to get them here sooner! Thanks!


I ordered some Keen sandals for my husband a week ago today, 6/6/12, and my account information says it's still processing. I ordered them for him for Father's Day and at this point I know there is no way we'll get them by then. Sent an email yesterday, no response. Had I known it was going to be so delayed, I would have ordered elsewhere, even if I didn't get as good of a price!

"I have had 4 transactions with ZBSsports now over the last several months. The prices have been great but that does come with a bit of a wait on getting the items. I did receive a phone call last evening from Becca and she was very professional and courteous. Although she did not have an update on the delivery of the item she did offer to bump up the shipping. I do appreciate the communication and offer to bump up the shipping, even though there was no update, I felt like they were trying to keep me in the loop and do everything in their power to ensure I receive my item when I need it.

"Despite some of the other reviews about ZBSports, I had a very good experience with this company. The first pair of sandals I ordered arrived very quickly but were too small. I was able to send them back and promptly received a return credit. My only qualm is that I had to pay shipping, but the return was my fault, not theirs, so it is logical. I purchased the next size larger, went through customer service in order to use a 10% off coupon, and received the second pair in good time as well. I would recommend calling customer service in the case of any problems, as they were decently accessible and nice people."

"Today I ended up calling ZBsports to see what was going on. I held for a while then ended up leaving a message. They called me back within the hour and were very apologetic. They said they would ship them out this afternoon and I would receive them by Saturday. Sure enough, I got the email that verified that. Also, they gave me a 10% discount because of the hold up. I feel much better about the company now and am very satisfied.
I ordered some shoes about a week and a half ago and have not received them. This is fine, but I check the status daily and it still says "processing" so it looks like I'm not getting them anytime soon. I emailed them and they never emailed me back. I ordered these shoes for a specific trip that's in less then two weeks and would really like to take them. Even if I do get them before that I might not be able to take them because I will not have the chance to break them in. I liked this website for the prices but so far I would rather pay the full amount and get them at a decent time than to have to wait forever to receive my order.

" I wish I would have done more research before I purchased shoes from this company. I ordered a pair of Keens early a.m. on May 1. Emailed the company on May 9 to get an update, no response. Now it is May 16 & my order still shows as processing. This is ridiculous! No one should have to wait this long for a simple order to be completed. Now I am stressed that I will not receive my shoes in time for my vacation when I leave on May 30. I wish I would have paid the extra money & purchased these somewhere else, it's not worth the hassle.

UPDATE: Immediately after posting my review listed above, I was contacted by Jim, President of ZB Sports & Becca regarding my order. They explained to me that the delay was caused by Keen changing warehouses & through no fault of ZB Sports. They were very apologetic for the delay in shipping & even gave me a partial refund for my troubles! I received my shoes 2 days later & am very pleased. This truly is a great company & I will definitely be a repeat customer!

"This company is wonderful, the pricing is better than anywhere not just by a little bit either but by 20 to 25 dollars per pair. Shipping was fast fast fast ordered on Saturday and was here by Wednesday amazing. Will shop here again and recommend to friends and family."

"I wanted to let it be known that Becca at ZBsports went above and beyond to give us exceptional customer service. She made every attempt to help us get my 10 year old son the special shoes he requires. I am so impressed that I will shop their online stor for ANY possible needs we have in the future. She is to be commended for doing her job with an incredible level of professionalism and courtesy. She was completely ready and willing to go the extra mile before even knowing the problem. I have not experienced someone this on the ball in many years and I believe in giving feedback when it is deserving. ZBSPORTS should definitely make sure to keep this employee, they are extremely rare in today's world. "I made an online purchase on 3/28/12. I found that the order was submitted incorrectly and want to correct the order, but I am completely unable to communicate with the 215 customer service number listed on the website. It appears that I am going to be sent the wrong merchandise which will be immediately returned. Additionally, I will be highly unlikely to place any further orders with this vendor."
