"Zwave was working some times but when an update to my software was done a new zwave stack was installed so it will work on the new zwave devices and all old zwave devices do not work on new zwave stack if they keep changing the zwave programming but do not make it compatible with all older versions of zwave that means all zwave products will have to be replaced zigbee on the other hand works with all new zigbee products so I can buy new zigbee products while still keeping my old zigbee products and they still work I do not recommend any zwave products and now my business Better Smart Homes is taking all zwave products from our shelves and we are refusing to install zwave devices it makes me wonder why companies like amazon are adding zigbee to there echo devices but not zwave is this because there experience with zwave is the same as mine "

"I was looking into expanding my current system with more sensors, lighting and fire/flood detection. I communicated with ZWave Products prior to my purchase to confirm my product selection was correct. They confirmed and I made my purchase.
FACT: The products did not and will not work with my system ! Confirmed this with manufacture and stated this to Zwave. Now, Zwave agreed the purchased items WILL NOT work.
REFUND: It took them 11 days to get a return authorization?
I paid another $23.52 to return, at my expense and their incompetence.
After another 5 days of emails after delivery conformation from UPS to their warehouse.
I finally get an email stating I will receive a refund -15% restocking & allow 12-48 hours !!
7 more days and no refund and refuse to respond !

Be patient though. I found they are a growing company and taking time to respond but usually within a day or 2 "

"The selection at ZWave products is excellent and great pricing, take a look at the Aeon Labs energy meter and appliance switch. I looked at a few of the other on line retailers and they had the best prices for the Aeon Labs, Remotec devices I was looking for. They also have DragonTech a new product line with the new 500 series Z-Wave ASIC and a new LED bulb called Domitech that has the 500 series. All the products I ordered arrived on time. They seem to have fixed whatever issues some of the other reviewers have mentioned. I would buy from them again. "

They are a total SCAM. I ordered the vera3 with the Schlage lock bundle, a Vestcam HD camera and a wireless light switch. They sent me a different lock altogether and I have not received the HD camera almost 1 month now. No one returns email complaints or gives any information about the status of your order. This must be a one man operation.
I returned the bundle and I’m disputing with my credit card company for credit on both Items and the return postage that I spent. Do yourself a favor GO TO ANOTHER WEB THAT SELLS Z-WAVE COMPONENTS!!!!"

The purchase had free shipping which usually means slower shipping method, it took 3 days for the shipment to provide tracking number, but once it shipped it arrived shortly after with all the items I ordered. "I bought a veralite bundle before reading the reviews of this site. I almost regretted the decision after 4 days of not getting a shipping confirmation, but 2 hours later, the mailman drops off a box.

"This company is a total fraud. I didn't even order directly from them I ordered the zwave products from Tiger Direct a very big online electronics retailer. It turns out that Zwave products is the actual fulfillment center for the order. Needless to say, the order arrived missing 4 items and the items that did come were not the ones ordered to begin with. Terrible experience overall, and beware, they are now selling their services through larger and more reputable online centers like amazon and tigerdirect...nevertheless, the poor reputation continues."
