The positive:
Great prices
Equipment worked as advertised (amazingly. see below)
Fast and free shipping - I had it in 3 days.

The negative:
Free shipping apparently also meant free of packing material.
I had 2 items, one medium in size about 2 pounds and the other was a PCI card in plastic reusable blister pack.
Both put in a larger box with no packing. By the time I got it, the PCI package had opened up and some of the loose pieces were actually embedded in the cardboard wall from being slammed around by the bigger item.

Honestly guys, I'd be more likely to shop your store if you wouldn't skimp on stupid stuff like that. As it is, I may take a look again, but only for items that are relatively unbreakable."
