"I recently purchased a wall mount for my 42" LCD tv. I received the mount in quick time, which I appreciate. What I didn't appreciate was the misleading advertisements. The advertisement states "One free 3~10ft HDMI A Type Male to HDMI A Type Male Audio/Video Cable(Bulk)Pack), when you purchase any TV wall mount bracket". I didn't receive a cable, so I called customer support. Apparently, the advertisement was false and it was one of the reasons that I bought from this company. The free HDMI cable only pertains to a select few wall mounts that are over a certain dollar amount. Now I have to go to my local retail store and pay at least double the online price, or go online and pay shipping on another one, which will probably be double the price of an HDMI cable. I find that frustrating and misleading. I do not plan to purchase from this vendor again. There are FAR too many companies out there who are concerned with customer satisfaction, and I will take my business to one of those."
