Customer Focused: Can't overstate how helpful, friendly and positive Dennis and staff are with which to do business. I asked numerous (some "dumb") questions and was always responded to quickly and warmly. Loved dealing with this outfit.

Acoustic Sound: Robust is the word that comes to mind. Rich, warm and pleasing are some others.

I was looking around for a Zager and this one is near perfect. Beautiful solid mahogany construction, abalone inlays, Grover tuners, even the case is gorgeous. The construction of this thing is truly top notch.

The sound is surprisingly deep for a smaller guitar with good sustain and clear ringing highs. It's super easy to play with excellent action and string-feel.

"I bought an Orchestra model Zager. It is a beautifully made guitar with amazing tone out of the box.

I have played electric guitars for years with very light strings. My acoustic is a parlor sized yamaha with extra light Elixir strings.

The Zager played almost as easily as the Yamaha, despite the longer scale and heavier strings.

In the end, I returned the Zager. If I could do it all over, I would have bought a Zager parlor instead of the Yamaha, and had the advantage of a short scale in a better guitar.

"I’m 68 play a 1997 Martin dm road series has bone nut and saddle and ebony Pins I’ve been playing 40 plus years. Bought a new set of Zager string they’re the easiest strings I ever used on my fingers and for my set up they sound great. They came with a pick that’s pretty cool too."

"I'm 66 years old and started playing 4-5 months ago on a full-sized dreadnought acoustic. Great progress but some arthritis challenges and ulnar nerve pain developed. So I started researching, found the Zager website and read every review I could find. "I ordered the ZAD20E guitar last month from Denny and tried it for several days. Although it’s a beautiful guitar but some how I did not feel comfortable with my small fingers. I called Denny wanting to return it under the 100% guarantee program.
Denny replied me very politely by taking it back but also offered me the next model level at no extra cost to make me happy.

I thought about it and took his offer by asking the ZAD50 OM for replacement. Denny sent me a new label to return the ZAD20E and shipped me the new ZAD50 OM without any charge nor even any extra shipping cost. It took only one week when I received the replacement today.

The brand new ZAD50 OM looks more lovely and it really gave me all the comfort when I first played it.
I told Denny that this guitar I knew I should keep it for the rest of my life (I’m 62 yr old now). It’s already given me a companionship in the time of lock down at home In Houston, Texas during the horrible coronavirus pandemic.

"My new 900ce came in to my Austin location in time to record last Monday night. Thank you so much for expediting quickly. This is a beautiful instrument, easy to play as promised and the pre-amp is of studio recording quality. Separation of each string when picking or strumming is the best separation and harmonics of any guitar I've ever played. Of the two most important things I look for in an acoustic guitar the second is the ability to project, especially the lower strings. In the first week I owned this guitar and played it often the woods have "settled in" and it sounds better every day. I would put this instrument up aganist the Sorensons, top 3 Martin's, Guilds, Gibson's and Taylor's I've ever owned or played. All for half the street price of those other fine instruments. I learned of this instrument through another professional singer-player. He has the same instrument. It is four years old and sounds better every year.
