"My Zager guitar truly sounds better than my other high-end guitars.
It's truly deep acoustic sound and it's really easy to play it.
I've been played Taylor, Martin, and Gibson but Zager is truly a work of art.
Price point, I kinda regret that I've been paid too much for following big name brand.
Customer service is #1. If you have a question, Dennis Jr. listens and solves your problem in a heartbeat.
I definitely recommend Zager guitar to all of my colleagues and friend."
"I purchased a Zager Parlor guitar with a built-in pickup for traveling and playing at small music festivals. This guitar is just beautiful. It's solid, decent weight, has good projection, is easy to play, and sounds great plugged in. It's exactly what I wanted and is a great guitar to carry around for songwriters. Ordering was easy and shipment was fast."
"The Zager guitars are a must see, must try, must have product! I did some research (something I've done in work & personally many years) & Mr. Dennis Zager produces some very fine instruments, indeed. You may not be familiar with them due their direct factory sales approach as opposed to retail stores. The difference is amazing, & you'll find Zager's claim of saving 50% is totally legitimate. Many, like myself, are comparing with Martin guitars & it is astonishing what quality you can acquire for so much less by going the Zager route. From the very first pluck of the E string to check tuning, I instantly heard that beautiful, rich tone I'd expect from a Martin @ $2K or so (apples to apples that is). For my model ZAD50 I'm talking a solid wood guitar: spruce top & mahogany back/sides & rosewood fingerboard. The fit and finish is simply exquisite! Mine is in satin (they also have gloss if you prefer). Mr. Zager has a very obvious commitment to first class quality craftsmanship. In fact he signs off on a tag showing his inspection/approval. You also receive a certificate of authenticity, not to mention he signs the back of the guitar as well! (That's collectibility there, folks -- a real sweet perk!) The ABS case I also got is very solid, lightweight, custom fit, great looking & plush -- AND it has a lock. I also love the carbon (fiber) pick they included. Best pick ever -- one of kind design only from Zager (a must try for sure.) I also have to compliment the fantastic packaging job. Very thick, custom box (no shortcuts from these fine folks) -- perfectly wrapped/sealed with heavy gauge plastic. And lastly, a shout-out for wonderful customer service. Dennis Zager, Jr. himself took care of me when I had a minor order issue. Couldn't ask for more personal & attentive service. Zager Guitars are serious when they welcome you into the Zager family, & I am very happy to be a part of this great guitar community. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
"I received my ZAD900CE in December , I am really impressed by the quility of workmanship it truly is a beautiful guitar and the sound just gets better everyday has the woods cures ,very pleased with my guitar , Dennis was very helpful with my question , and answered me back quickly through texting . I highly recommend this guitar , order one it doesn't cost you anything to try it out ."
"I just received my New ZAD900CE a little over a week ago. This is my third Zager Guitar in the last 16 years. The ZAD900CE is a high quality instrument. The sound is a true professional sounding guitar. The playability seems somehow even easier than my older Zager's which are amazing. I could not be happier with my investment. Even my wife immediatly noticed the sound quality when I first played it. Can't wait to hear the sound as it continues to age! Thank you Denny and Dennis Jr!"
"I just received the Zager Traveler Guitar. It came with a custom case, picks, t-shirt. The guitar is a work of art. The craftsmen ship is excellent. The sound that comes out of the smaller sound hole is full and rich. The finish on this guitar is like looking into a mirror. When the wood settles a few months down the road the feel of the fretboard and sound will only get better. I had a few questions about the guitar and always had answers the next day. The price on this guitar for the quality and craftsmen ship you get could easily run you hundreds more on other brands. Nothing about this guitar is cheap. If you are looking for a quality at very reasonable prices you will not be disappointed. "
"I got my Zager D50 last week. I have been completely impressed by this guitar. It is beautifully constructed and everything about it is functional and aesthetic. The tone is simply amazing! Never have experienced such a beautiful instrument right out of the case!!"
"The ZAD900 Acoustic is truly a work of art! The construction and detail of the guitar is exquisite. It plays significantly easier than the 1968 Gibson J50 I have owned and played for over 40 years and is as easy to play as the four Fender Stratocaster and two Telecasters I have. If you want a high quality guitar at half the price you would expect to pay, I would highly recommend you consider a Zager. They deliver what they promise and the Zager team are always available to answer questions and meet your needs. I’ve had email conversations with Dennis Jr at 10:30 at night and on weekends. He goes out of his way to make himself available to you! Name me one other guitar company that does that!!"
"Great guitar, I love the playability. I have a Taylor 210 deluxe and this is just as good. I have a picture of my 6 month old daughter asleep on the neck while I played. She loves it as well."
"Bought the ZAD50CE - Wonderful guitar! It’s solidly constructed and beautifully finished. The tone is bright, crisp, and LOUD, even without using the pickup. This guitar puts out some volume! It really is easy to play – the frets are rounded on the ends so there’s nothing to grab your hand when moving along the neck. The bone nut and saddle are nice custom touches and they really do make a difference in the sound. I also love the fact that they’ve installed a strap button on the underside of the neck heel – so I don’t have to install one myself. I was also impressed with the personal care and communication that I had with the company itself. I could tell that their guitars are near and dear to their hearts. They promptly and patiently answered all my OCD questions and shipped the guitar very quickly. When I got it, I played it side by side with a Martin D-18, which has the same combination of spruce and mahogany woods. It compared very favorably with the Martin, in fact, the neck on the Zager seemed smoother than the Martin. So I would say, if you’re looking for an outstanding, quality guitar, this fits the bill VERY well – without the expense of the Martin name. I can’t wait to show it to my friends and let them play it. I know they’ll love it too !!"
"First, I'm a 70 yearly newbie who has been playing about 15 months. This is my second acoustic electric that I've purchased. I also have a bit of arthritis in my hands in my hands, wrists and shoulders, so ease of playing is important to me. My ZAD50 OM AE, once I adjusted the string hight with the help of Dennis Jr., really does require a lot less finger pressure for clean sounding chords and is, as advertised, easier for me to play. The tuners are amazingly smooth and my guitar requires very little tuning between sessions. Finish and overall construction of my Zager 50 is awesome and the guitar has a great sound that with its solid wood construction, which will only get better with age. This is the guitar that I'll be passing down to my grandson. Thanks again to Dennis Zager for making me a great guitar!

"Bought a 900. Unless fingers are exact strings buzz. The "easy to play" is not there. Have an old $300 Epiphone which is easier to play and sounds much more mellow. I believe the case Zager sends the guitar in is worth more than the guitar itself. The guitar is a beauty but not worth his hype."
"Excellent product and fantastic service, thank you from the UK"
"I have a Zed50 and love it. Took the leap and ordered a Zed900 12-string. To say that I'm impressed is an understatement. The craftsmanship is world class and "easy play" is a title well earned ."
"My new ZAD80 arrived a couple of days ago. I cannot believe how easy it is to play. I played folk music in college (many years ago) on a couple of old used instruments and sang with a couple of groups. I even had a 12-string for a while. So it's been a few years since I even came close to a guitar. Imagine my surprise and delight when I opened the case, picked up this top quality instrument, and sat down to play. The action is superb, especially after a couple of tweaks to the truss rod. I have small hands and this guitar fits perfectly. I am now a fan of bluegrass music and have attended several sessions with my 5-string banjo. I'm not very good at it. Now I can sit in on jam sessions with a superb instrument with a wonderful tone that fits me and allows me to play and sing with the best of them. I bet those folks playing Martins are going to be jealous."
