"I have never bought a custom built guitar until my new Zager Zad50CE. It is a perfect fit for me I am 5ft 8 inch’s tall with average reach and arthritis in both hands and I am reaching chords that I could not before my Zager. It is a wonderfully crafted instrument. Mr Zager has a neck design like no other guitar made today it’s simply the best.I must also commit on the true customer service. "First and foremost? This guitar is way, way better than I imagined. I watched and watched the reviews and was surprized at how lacking they were as to the quality of these guitars! Mine was delivered a day late (Dec) Dennis got on the phone or texted fed ex and got it on track. Mind you saved for this for a few months.

I am almost 67. Have owned many guitars. I was going for the 900 and decided on the 50 first. The first thing after playing the 50 was, the 900 is better than this guitar? Wow! I have 3 other very nice guitars and the 50 knocks them all out of the park. It is in a class all it's own for sure.

"I have had my ZAD50CE for about 2 months and really like the sound and playability. I did experience a problem with the electronics, but the problem was handled quickly AND rather than fix it , they sent me a new guitar! I have been playing off and on for many years, but have recently in my “older years” decided to get serious again. I have had Taylor and Takamine acoustics, which were great guitars, however, I really like the easy playability of my Zager. "I have owned the ZAD80CE for 7 years now, and I truly love it. When I first bought it, I took it to a guitar store and played it head to head with a $2,750 Taylor. While they both sounded great, the ZAD80CE was easier to play and I felt the Zager had a little something extra in its sound. I have now purchased the ZAD900CE AURA, and I couldnt be happier. It is such a beautiful and well made guitar. The sound is bigger and brighter than the ZAD80CE, which is really saying something. "Returned to the guitar 5 years ago with a Taylor GS Mini. It was ok till a friend showed me his ZAD80. Tried it, had to have one. The fret board gave me room to play notes without touching other strings. But the sound! Rich and mellow! I guess its because of the beautiful woods used in the making of this guitar. Everything is top-notch, fit and finish. Proud to say, this is my last acoustic guitar. I want to pass it on to my grand daughter, I believe it will stand the test of time. "A father came home with a five dollar pawn shop guitar. An old Stella Ivory. With an unset truss rod and a rough edged and swayback fretboard, it was not easy to play, and the worn tuning pegs didnt hold for more than a few minutes of playing. His thrilled eleven-year-old picked it up and smiled while strumming open string dissonance.
He learned melodies from tunes on the radio. His fingers got sore on the way to getting calluses. Dad got him a chord book. The boy figured out which ones fit with the songs he liked.
He outgrew old Stella, put her in her cardboard case and put her away to catch dust in the back of the storage closet. The happy boy became a fortunate man who enjoyed family, friends and making music with them. He was also fortunate to have played many excellent guitars and owned a few fine ones.
The man had heard about Zagers for a long time before he played his friends. He wanted it. His friend told him to get his own. He did. He loves making music more than ever. He found that his Zager 80 Aura gave him the opportunity to have four very different sounding guitars in one, an enjoyably easy guitar to play which he named Zelda.
He laughed as he thought about the difference between fighting old Stella and loving Zelda. He decided to dig out Stella and introduce her to his new friend. Stella was happy to meet Zelda, but she was much happier to be the favorite toy of his one year old grandson to whom he promised his Zager when the baby could hold it.
