"Hi, it's August and I placed my Zazzle order back in May. I had a brand new laptop, and I wasn't certain of my new email address when I placed my order, so in good faith I winged it. I should never have done that, because I accidentally added a 1 in front of it, which really messed up the entire process. You see, it was the heart of the pandemic, and Zazzle had to cancel a bunch of their orders, of which mine was one. So, instead of receiving notification of this, and their offer of a gift card valued at 150% of the cost of my original order, I missed it! I had provided them with an incorrect email address, and they had no way to reach me. My purchase was to be two puzzles, to go to someone in jail. long story, but nice people make mistakes and need support sometimes, too. So for months now, I had assumed these puzzles had been delivered to the jailhouse. And this person had been scouring the entire place throughout looking for them! On a whim, I checked back with Zazzle and David was fantastic! Knowing only the date of purchase, the amount and my name, he researched the records and figured out the entire mystery! He offered me the gift card, or a refund of the full amount of my purchase. What a wonderful, yet embarrassing experience. Kudos to Zazzle!"
"I have ordered multiple items from Zazzle and have never been disappointed. I had an order that was shipping to a family friend in New Jersey that seemed to get lost in the mail. When I called about it, the representative looked and said from the tracking that it looked as though it was lost. He sent my order through the system again with an expedited production and priority shipping.

Then went back to the site to order masks and after some confusion, I thought the mask order I had been working on had been deleted and entered another. I ended up with duplicate orders, notified Zazzle a couple days ago and got a message from their customer service.
