"1. Booked a suite double room through zenhotels.com which I had actually confirmed the room type via online chat before booking.
2. After confirmation, checked with hotel and was notify that only a standard double room was booked
3. After checking with zenhotels, they indicated that they shldnt be allowed to book that room as the hotel is under going partial reno and promised to move me to a suite in another comparable hotel in the region without any additional cost
4. After waiting for a week, was given the choice of 3 hotels. I choose one of the hotel given and offered an alternative, a partial downgrade of the room with an upgrade of the meal option or the suite room as offered. The alternative is cheaper than any of the suites offered.
5. After waiting for more than 10 days, they came back and deny to honour the promise and instead only offer to waive 1 day of the room charge or do a full refund. After a few more rounds of email, they came back and offered to paltry US$50 discount to book a suite in the hotel they originally offered to move me to without any additional cost.

"my booking starts tomorrow on 7th Sep. I contacted your customer support two days ago to shift booking to end of September because I could not book flights, yet no answer received
while receiving message from you reminding me about tomorrow booking.
(Please note that while I was booking the hotel " cancelation was allowed", but when completed booking your email says cancelation is not permitted) which is annoying and made me unhappy

I had a urgent problem after 48 hours what they said so I replied to follow my issue again.
My case,I was booking with no-refundable cancelling and don't show changeable then I want to manage some information with not cancel but ZenHotels.com said "You can't change anything"
I don't understand why I can't manage my booking.

"I used Zen Hotels to book a hotel at Disneyland, got a booking confirmation from them but they didn't provide the room for me. The Hotel turned me away at the desk. Zen Hotels did not contact me during the day to make alternative arrangements. Their customer service is poor. I spent over 2 hours with them trying to find alternative arrangements but they were not able to get me another room for the night. This is completely unacceptable. I have used many booking services in the past and was never turned away.
Update:
Zen Hotels did refund me the difference in which I needed to book a different hotel. They do follow up with you even though it didn't help me that night I am glad that they still cared after the fact. I will give them another chance in the future, and will add another star for listening to my complaints and rectifying the matter. "
