"Never ordered from Zenni before and must admit, I was a little skeptical, however, have family members that order several pairs a year for over 8 years now. Went to my local optometrist I've been going to for years.....received my prescription and ordered my progrssive glasses from him...($412)....... came home and thought I'd order a cheaper pair from Zenni with just straight lenses (No progressive) for watching TV, computer and things I don't need the reading part of the lense) Much to my surprise, the Zenni glasses where here before the ones from my doctor. (about a week) However, the prescription was completely wrong....all fuzzy on my left eye and the right was like I was looking through a fishbowl. I immediately thought I perhaps sent my wifes prescription by mistake...however, no...she couldn't use them either. Called Zenni....explained what was going on and the customer service was EXTREMELY helpful etc, and I had a return label immediately arriving via e-mail, no questions asked.....I just had to send back within 14 days. I took the glasses and written prescription my doctor gave me to the optometrist office where they verified that the written prescription was correct with my previous visit.....then checked the Zenni glasses (BTW which cost me $22.62 total) and informed me the Zenni glasses were quote, "Spot on" with my written prescription. A day or so later my new glasses I ordered from the Doc came in and yes...they too were messed up. Somewhere my written prescription was in error. I returned the Zenni glasses to them and have another appointment to see my optometrist to figure out what is going on.....but will definitely order from Zenni again....in fact, plan to order several pairs of Sunglasses etc. The ones I had receive, the frames were beautiful and very well made....all in all a very high quality pair of glasses etc., however, I wasn't that impressed with the glass case it came it....but then again I hardly use the case and have a half dozen or so laying around the house. (I been wearing glasses for a VERY long time)
BTW....on a side note. The nurse at the optometrist office stated she's been using Zenni now for many years and has always had good experiences. I'm sold!!! Great job Zenni....you'll be hearing from me again soon!"

"I purchased transition glasses from Zenni, as I have in the past, and was sent sunglasses. I called them and they insisted that I ordered sunglasses, which I did NOT. They went on to say because I chose the tinting color, that THEY offered for the transition glasses, that I specifically ordered sunglasses. NOT true!!! Zenni then stated that I could return the glasses, at their expense, however, they never followed through with the return paperwork. My wife and I have ordered numerous pairs of glasses from Zenni, and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. This time was totally different. Being told it was my fault, because of the tint color I picked, is poor customer service. Plus the fact that Zenni didn't provide the necessary paperwork that they said they would, is again, poor customer service. We have always loved Zenni, but this transaction is and was a terrible experience, especially being told this was all my fault. Just FYI, I called and chatted with Zenni, and was told, each time, that I'm the one who messed up. I know what I ordered, as I've ordered numerous glasses from Zenni in the past. Extremely disappointed. "
