"This was “THE” place back in the day… Ordered Corsair Dominator ram, fast shipping. Upon arrival FEDEX dropped it off without my knowledge on my door. When I picked up the box it sounded like a box with broken glass. It was the ram, the fan and all its screws scraping like puzzle pieces inside. With two pieces of air filled cushions and a plastic ram case that doesn’t close and a box that is too big spells trouble. After submitting a rma a week ago I still haven’t heard back. Time to contact the BBB."

Items shipped separately, but no notification was sent explaining that the order had been split. Order status for last item was changed to Packed Friday morning. As of closing Monday night, still Packed. I've left messages by email and phone, with no reply. No toll free service number, and forced to leave a message and wait for a response.
