"Slowest shipping in the world! My book supposedly shipped from Ohio on Jan 12. I am right next door in PA...it is now January 23 and I still don't have it. When you try and contact them you can do so by phone or email, except they say they are very busy so won't take phonecalls, just emails. If you don't hear from them within 48 hours they tell you NOT to send another email because that will delay an answer. What a bunch of &%&$#.
