"The online purchase of the AED was straightforward. I received no shipping information, however, so had no sense when or whether the AED was going to actually be delivered. When delivered, the box was left on a bench in front of the house, not at the front door. This is an expensive and portable item, and thus should have been delivered in a way that minimized risk, while remaining reasonable for the delivery person.
