Poor customer service
"No one communicated that the batteries were on back order for 8 weeks. They just sent the electrode pads and after looking carefully at the sheet saw a tiny mark under back order. I then had to call to find when we would get them. Meanwhile our AEDs are beeping low battery! I was able to find them at another vendor."
