"The importance of AED's in buildings are crucial in the steps taken in life saving procedures. American AED (Grey Barnes) understand that. The follow up was immediate, questions answered within the day and took the time to listen. Grey was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me the best fit for our agency. "Wonderful experience. They were backed up on what we originally ordered, and so they notified us and offered us an alternative product. We agreed to take the alternative product, and then changed our minds after it arrived. They allowed us to return the alternative product and reorder the original product, and didn't make us feel like we were causing them any problems - even though we recognized we were. They were consistently helpful, constructive and cooperative. Very professional. "

"I ordered a Philips Heartstart Battery on September 3rd. Today is Sept. 18th. I have not received any notification that it has been shipped or delivered. I have been charged the $189, but have not received the battery to replace in the AED defibrillator packet. Now I receive a message asking how you did. NOT satisfied!"

"Bought a AED and a few days later was informed by email that they were out of the one I purchased and the company wouldn’t get them back in stock for a few weeks and tried to sell me a different one. They didn’t cancel my order and refund my money but the website should have said out of stock at time of purchase , not take my money and try to sell me something different. "
