The seating chart indicated my seats were on the main floor when in reality they were in the very last row of the balcony. I called 2x,once left on hold for 15 minutes. the 2nd time, the agent advised they had sent the receipt to my email address @ ****@****. needless to say I didn't, so i aksed they be sent to my work email... but it appears my email request to bargainseats worked, because here you are asking for my opinion.... hmm- rather odd dont you think. believe me I trust my $ spent through you provides me the expectations when i do receive those tickets... this has not been a pleasant experience.....
