"Snow storm hit NYC could not make it to Broadway show, called all parties responsible for ticket which would not be used. Yes understand no refunds but please couldn't get at least a portion of a refund from one company.. forget refund how about a change in date or I would settle for just a credit on service charges for the next time I order. Tickets... no I wouldn't use this site again and telling me to just hold on to tickets like they have some value was absolutely moronic... customers service should understand things happen on it wasn't like the weather and storm was not all over the news. Sorry on my trip to NYC hotels, airlines, other business treated me very well on all storm mishaps but bargain seats fell way way short, next time I will use a company that stands by its services.."

"I'm a little bit worried that the tickets may not be mailed until 7 days prior to the event. That leaves very little time for any errors. If the tickets arrive as expected I'll be happy with the experience. Additionally, why do I need to pay for "iinsurance"? Do issues occur frequently in delivering what has already been paid for? Other sites are a bit more expensive but the seats purchased are 100% garunteed.

"I searched and searched for the lowest price in the section I wanted.......checking out, I see an extra $155 service charge on each of the $490 tickets. Plus $15 for postage. Also, I wanted 3 tickets.....had to buy 4. Hoping they send me tickets in the lower section!!
