"I originally placed an order for a Nikon D7100 on 26 May, a couple days later I got the phone call and upsell. Following that I decided to cancel the order. I emailed and called to cancel on 2 June (before anything shipped), and was assured the credit card charges would be reversed. After several phone calls (and nearly a month) still no credit was issued. I guess like several others I will have to contact the Credit Card Company to dispute the charges....too bad it had to come to this."

"WORST experience I have ever had with a camera dealer EVER! Ordered a lens on June 3rd - got the expected (from other reviews) "up sell" the next day - a HARD up sell. I hesitantly agreed on one of the offers, was GUARANTEED an upgrade to FedEx 5 day shipping - "his last and best offer". I called after 5 days - no answer. Called again after 7 days - got some guy that said - I will send you an email. NOTHING. Kept calling - no answer. Finally sent an email saying cancel my order 2 days ago. Got an email saying they shipped the lens today. Tried to cancel - cant. This place is horrible."

"Ordered a camera and a week later I got an email saying that I needed to call them to verify some info before the order could be processed further. When I called, they said I could ignore the email, because they weren't showing any problem. Waited another week before calling them wondering why I hadn't received my camera yet. Was told that they "oversold" my camera model and would have to wait for a new shipment that they HOPED would come in the next few weeks. I requested a cancellation and was told that I would receive a cancellation confirmation email, but never did. I called back a few days later to specifically request a cancellation email...and STILL never got one. Don't get suckered in by their lower prices like I did. Just save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere."

"It has been nearly a month and I still don't have the camera I ordered on May 27th. A call to their customer service on 6/12 indicated my camera order had apparently not even been sent to their warehouse and it would take another two days to process. An email requesting free upgrade to two day shipping due to their delay went unanswered. They tried to sell me the battery upgrade as others have stated. I will not do business with this company again."

"Hi,
This is one company that you should NOT do business with. They totally misrepresent thier product delivery. I ordered a Canon d series camera for my son's graduation and coming trip. they assure me that they would have it to me in 5-7 business days. They immediately charge my credit card and then after repeated attempts to contact them about the whereabouts of my camera, they assure me that the camera would be here before he leaves. The camera comes 2 days late. That would be 23 days after my card is charge and 24 days after it is ordered. I return the camera on June 6th and call on June 20 to see where my refund is. They tell me that the refund will not be available until June 26th to July 2. They have recieved the mechandise on June 11 according to Fed Ex tracking. I would not trust this company with a memory stick much less a camera purchase. By the way, they misrepresent their cameras with low web prices only after they have called you back to confirm the order do they tell you that that is a Japanese model and there may be some downloading issues with the camera. I compared the exact same model numbers with other sites and went with this co. because they were 200.00 cheaper. They are not cheaper and service is non-existent.
BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. NO APOLOGY, NO UNDERSTANDING, BEWARE

"My new Nikon d3100 is an undisclosed Grey Market camera! Found out by entering the S/N on Nikons website.... Had I known that, I would have paid extra for the ability to get it worked on in Warranty. (Hopefully I will never need it).

Took two phone calls to get the purchase acknowledged and shipped.

They even called after I posted this and offered to extend my warranty "if I would change my review" ! Well boys, I just did to reflect your lack of integrity.

I am Unimpressed. Thus I cannot recommend this merchant. /Richie

"Best Price Photo had deleted the negative review I left on this website. If you review has mysteriously DISAPPEARED, contact reseller ratings and show proof of your purchase.

Best price photo has yet to refund me nearly $500.00 for the non-deliverance of pretend camera warranty they sell off their website. I placed my order AUGUST of 2012!!

If you have a problem with this company, make sure to file with the BBB, file a claim with your bank.
