"The WORST purchasing experience of my life. I ordered a camera and some accessories through their site. A sales rep called me to confirm my order and up sell me batteries and a different camera. I went along with his suggestions. Immediately after this, I called them back and said I wanted my original camera. They said no problem. They sent me the WRONG CAMERA and said if I returned it, it would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. I've returned it and not seen a dime thus far. This is the most unethical business I've ever dealt with. I'll be taking legal action if my money is not refunded. Total headache! Do not purchase from this seller."

Check out the complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Abysmal record! . I have just canceled my credit card due to a report online that one customer's credit info was used fraudulently after ordering from them. The WORST ever!"

Called on 07/29/2013, and was told order was being processed.
Called on 07/31/2013, and was told order was packaged for shipment and awaiting pickup by the carrier.
Time to ship was outside the promised 48-72 hours to ship.
Called on 08/01/2013, and was told camera was oversold, that my order was on backorder (not shipped as promised), with new stock expected in 1-2 weeks. When I asked why I had been told it was packaged and awaiting carrier pickup, I was told that was not true, that I had been told it would not ship.
Website still shows the camera as "available".
Reseller was dishonest throughout the process, but at least my credit card was never charged.
Lesson learned, will never do business with this reseller again -- low advertised prices aren't worth the terrible service."

"Website has some strategically hidden info, so be aware to look at specs located far below Item listing. Upon having an issue I had a bad first experience with customer service clerk. Called back spoke with different person (who was very respectful and helpful) I was not entirely happy with my issue but they met me halfway and resolved it quickly. I give them major credit for that. For some reason this is showing a one star rating and I gave them more than that btw"

But then I found BestPricePhoto in cnet.com and I was so glad that they have affordable prices for cameras. All the service provide was great and my camera arrived on time and with extras. They give me a screen protector, uv protector for the lens and a small tripod. I couldn't be happier!! The camera was brand new with an unopened box and everything was there. Addition, I wrote negative comments this site after that i called customer service told me that if I did not delete my negative comment , i would not take my money back , it means that they threaten me not to take my money back . I called a lot of times to customer service they did not answer my phone. Overall, guys dont buy anything BESTPRICEPHOTO it is headache, be carefull!!!"
