"Terrible, and I will NEVER recommend this site. They claim EMG custom builds their products as you order them. That's incorrect as I called EMG to verify this. I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it yet from Beyond Eleven (with 2 day air express)---they said they had to wait for EMG to build the selector switch I ordered. If that's the case, then why advertise it as if they had it in stock? Anyway, I found exactly what I was looking for on EBay for $10 less---Whatever month my switch comes in from Beyond Eleven, it will be returned the day I get it. Waste of time!!!"

"I purchased a Schecter C-1 FR Guitar from Beyond Eleven.
The guitar arrived in perfect condition & the price was unbelievable.
Previous reviewers are correct in that Beyond Eleven may not carry the guitar you want in stock & may have to order it but so do many other guitar websites. The smaller guitar companies have to do this to make a living as their prices are much lower.
Normally they have the guitar dropped shipped from the guitar manufacturer but for some reason Schecter shipped the guitar to Beyond Eleven who then shipped it to me.
No worries as Michael in customer service was very helpful & sent me a tracking number when the guitar was shipped.
I recently ordered a DF Parker Guitar from a California dealer. I could only find 2 websites that carry these lower cost Parkers so I ordered from a dealer in my home state. The dealer is having the guitar dropped shipped to me by Parker.
I am a CPA & understand how businesses work. Musician's Friend is a wonderful company & when they have sales I purchase from them but sometimes you have to go to other websites & you cannot expect them all to carry every model of guitar in stock. To me this is better because if Parker ships direct to me I know I am getting the latest model & not some guitar that has been sitting around the warehouse."
"Nightmare, avoid Beyond Eleven. I lost all of my money. Their whole operations are a mess. A simple one item order required them to call and email me 6-8 times, often times asking the same question over and over (Q. Did you order one or two? A. One. Q. Did you get it yet? A. Yes. Q. Did you order one or two….)
I ordered an effects pedal. It was defective. I had to ship it back on my dollar. Had they refunded me, I would have been subjected to one of the most punitive return policies in the business (read their return policy – that will be enough to send you elsewhere).
But they said they never got my return. My bad for not getting a signature and tracking the package. “The return desk gets really messy, let me go look around”. Really guys? Get your stuff together, and if your operation is not running smoothly, don’t penalize the customer for your mistakes.
The whole transaction was a nightmare. I lost my $160. Try to help this little guy and this is what you can expect.

I fist ordered a Kerry King Signature V 3 years ago. Last year I purchased a Jeff Loomis Signature 7 string (fixed bridge that Blake ordered specifically for me), and this month I'll be purchasing a bass from them.
I personally can't say enough. I generally don't order parts on-line but i have ordered a Gotoh Floyd copy and the shipping turn around was satisfactory.
I'm more than happy to handle my business through this site because I get amazing service, and have never been lead astray.
