My order turn around time was very good and everything works fine, though I do wish the parts were packed a little better. There was a slight mix up on my previous purchase from here (Krank packs their speaker cabs with chrome and black grills in identical boxes... not entirely B11's fault), but Beyond Eleven's customer service more than made up for it and that's why I went back to them."

"Got a great price on an EMG wiring kit. They advertised free shipping but then charged a "Small Order Handling Fee Order < $50.00" of $7.00. (Think they used to call that "shipping.") It also took me a month to get my order, but I think that was because the factory must drop ship orders directly to the customer. But all-in-all I'm pretty happy with the experience. I did contact customer service when the order didn't arrive in a couple of weeks. They were very courteous and quick in their response. This isn't a bad company to deal with at all. If I were them I'd be more straight forward and call shipping, shipping. I'd also get those orders out quicker."
