"I ordered a Chrome Floyd Rose tremelo. Great, new original German Item! Only problem was it did not arrive promptly (showed In-Stock), so I called to find out what was taking so long. Found out the "brass block upgrade" I added to the order was not in stock and it would ship when is arrives (This was part of item checkout process). No call about this being a backorder part. I had to call to find out what was going on with shipment.
Other than the SLOW shipping due to the backordered brass block and the LACK of communication from them, the item is perfect.

"The product I ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer but your great customer service rep offered to call them anyway on the chance that they might have a few left themselves. Turned out they did and I was able to get the items this build after all. Nicely done!! Thanks!"

"Well, like alot of reviewers on this site my experience was about a negative 11. After placing an order they called me and stated that it was out of stock and would be in stock in approx 30-60 days. That was the only good part of my whole experience, having them inform me of this. After around 90 days and no word from them I emailed them and was informed that they were still out of stock. This happens but what started to make me suspicious was the sales person I spoke to said that they should not have charged my card until it was ready to ship. Of course they charged my card the day I placed the order. I cancelled that order but did ask for a substitute part that they said was in stock. I was told a price that seemed fair but when it was ordered it was higher than the price I was told before. I bite my tongue (dumb mistake). After waiting another two weeks with no tracking number and my status saying it had shipped I sent them several emails, to which there was no response. After telling them that I wanted to cancel my order if it had not shipped they seemed to find the time to write me back and stated that they had been trying to find me a tracking number or confirmation number and that the item may not be in stock. I do not see how they could get me a tracking number when they couldnt even find a confirmation number. This was the final straw. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. What did they do? They ignored this and sent me the item anyways. If it were not for their ridiculous restocking fees I would have sent it back. I will NEVER do business with them. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"This place is a total sham. Their employees probably post these glowing reviews. They do not have stock even though their site shows the items in stock. I placed an order for a speaker cab they showed in stock. They immediate charged my card and then ignored giving me any update. After a couple of weeks I emailed them to see what was going on. They said they did not have the item and it may take a few months - their site still shows the item in stock. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my card. They refused and am now dealing with the credit card company to resolve this. Again, this place is a total setup. Do not order anything from them. AVOID THIS SITE."

"The staff is very responsive to questions and I would shop here again. The prices are very low and the shipping is fast. My only suggestion is to keep the availability of the items more up-to-date as both of the items I ordered were listed as "in-stock" but I learned upon inquiry that one of the items was being shipped to them from the manufacturer. I still received my order in 8 business days which is reasonable. For items that frequently go out-of-stock, I would prefer to see "usually ships in 5-7 business days" or something similar. This is only a minor suggestion and does not affect my rating."

"The prices at Beyond Eleven are good. Their communication at times can be abit lax though. I ordered a Gotoh Licensed Floyd Rose and had to wait a week to be informed that the item was out of stock even though it was listen as 'in-stock' on their site. I then tried to order an OFR instead and that took a couple days to get processed on top of it. To their credit though I was personally called by a Beyond Eleven employee (Mike) and was apologized to for the mixup and we got the order correct and then my new bridge came in the mail quickly.

So all in all I'm happy with Beyond Eleven as they realized their mistake, apologized for it and rectified it. Thanks again \m/

She was beyond resourceful with her product knowledge, and very apt to provide help anywhere I needed guidance. Even after finding the product i needed was not on the online website she found a way for me to order exactly what I needed. Her recommendations were awesome. "I ordered a Fernandes Revolver Elite. While they did state it was in stock, and it was shipped from a distributor, I am very satisfied. I held out for the color I wanted and had to wait several months for Fernandes to get more units out the door.

I am happy with my Beyond Elkeven experience and would be williung to consider their producta and prices!

"While their prices are good, the customer service and way they operate are less than desirable. First off, the guitar i ordered was listed as "in stock", but after a week of waiting and it had still not shipped, i e-mailed to cancel the order. They told me that it was being shipped to them from the manufacturer, and that the order was in an "uncancellable state", which makes little sense, but i went with it. Several days later they shipped the guitar, and once i received it, i decided it wasn't exactly what i was looking for. So i filled out their return form, and their "no hassle" return policy has been nothing but a hassle. After emailing 3 times for a return authorization number, i called and was told it would be emailed that day, which it wasn't. I'm still waiting, and if i don't here back soon i'm going to just ship it back and file a chargeback with my credit card company. In the end even if they accept the return, i'm sure they'll charge a fee. So while the prices are enticing, i would never order from them again unless you're 100% sure you will keep what you order and don't mind a possible wait. "

"Dishonest, rude, will not admit they sent me the wrong part, and expect ME to pay a restocking Fee. These guys are just thieves, who care more about making 26 lousy bucks than giving honest customer service."
