"Phone reps need to be able to read contracts. I was told my service plan did not include a tune up. My wife went on an online chat and our plan does include a tune up. I was a bit concerned because they cannot come to our house until January 2020. We are in the middle of winter by then. Is it normal to call in August for a tune up in November? having to call three months in advance seems to be an awful long time."

"I was given a sheet saying they would be there between 12-6. When 6:30 came & they still did not come I called. The woman had my name and address and I was told they were running late and would be there between 8-9. I am assuming she had caller id. Now they did not show at all. I was told they had my work number, which not sure how they got that because I was off that day and would have gave them my cell knowing they would call before they came. I was told they called but no answer due to wrong number. Well they did not call until 7:42 on my work phone. Don't understand that when I called at 6:30 they did not say I see you are calling from a different number than is listed on the call form is this the number we should be calling? When I talked to the manager she said they called several times but only one call was showing on my phone at work and that was at 7:42 and hour and 42 mins later than the time on p/work. If you plan on not being there @ time on paperwork at least call before."
